1. Offer Overview: 
Customers will receive a 10% cashback on the total amount spent during the promotion period, subject to the terms and conditions below.
 
2. Eligibility: 
- This offer is open to all customers making purchases at Le Petit Depot Pte Ltd’s online platform during the promotion period. 
- Cashback is applicable only on qualifying purchases. Gift cards, shipping fees, and other non-qualifying expenses may not be eligible for cashback. 
 
3. Promotion Period: 
The promotion is valid from 1st Of October 2024 to 31st of December 2024, or until the total cashback amount of $1 million has been distributed, whichever comes first.
 
4. Cashback Calculation: 
- Eligible customers will receive a cashback equivalent to 10% of the total purchase amount (excluding tax, and other ineligible items).
- Cashback will be issued as a voucher by the 7th of January 2025.

5. Maximum Cashback Per Transaction: 
- The maximum cashback per transaction is limited to 10%.
- Total cashback per customer is capped at 10% throughout the promotion period.
 
6. Total Cashback Pool: 
- The total amount of cashback available in this promotion is $1 million. Once this limit is reached, no further cashback will be issued.
- In case multiple transactions cross the limit on the final day, cashback will be distributed on a pro-rata basis.
 
7. Redemption and Expiration: 
- Cashback is redeemable only for future purchases at LePetitDepot.com
- Cashback must be redeemed within 3 months from the issuance date. Any unused cashback will expire and be forfeited.
 
8. Refunds and Returns: 
- If a purchase is refunded or exchanged, the corresponding cashback will be adjusted accordingly. 
- If a full refund is requested, the cashback received from that transaction will be voided.
 
9. Modification and Termination: 
- Le Petit Depot Pte Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the cashback offer at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice.
- In the event of any dispute, Le Petit Depot Pte Ltd's decision will be final.
 
10. Fraud and Abuse: 
- Le Petit Depot Pte Ltd reserves the right to disqualify customers engaging in fraudulent activities or abusing the promotion mechanics.
 
11. Other Terms: 
- By participating in this promotion, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
